Ega Sed Clean

Ega Sed Clean

WHY EGA SED CLEAN
Since you shorten your process and wash at 70C
-WATER
-TİME
-ENERGY
Savings.
Providing color continuity since it does not contain surfactant Improvement in water fastness

THINGS TO WATCH OUT FOR
*Depending on the paint structure used, ega sed is recommended between 1.5 and 0.5 gr/lt in washes.
*Depending on the nature of the paint used, one cold rinse followed by a hot wash is recommended if needed.
*In the Ega sed washing process, it is recommended not to exceed 10 minutes in time.
*Temperatures higher than 75 c are not recommended.
*For high weight fabrics, washing at 75 c is recommended.

USAGE
KONTİNÜ :
Use between 10-12 gr/lt and it is recommended to be applied at 70-75 ºC. The amount to be used should be divided in half and applied in two separate more efficient results are obtained if applied in the bathroom.
PULLING :
It is recommended to use between 0.5-1.0 gr/lt and to apply at 70 or 75ºC. More efficient results are obtained if the amount to be used is divided in half and applied twice. After reactive dyeing and printing, it is recommended that the dye that cannot react with cellulose hydroxyl is reactive. group reacts with the hydroxyl group of water and incorporates as many hydroxyls as the number of reactive groups. These hydroxyl groups hydrogen bridge with the hydroxyl groups of cellulose, They prefer to remain adherent to cellulose. On the other hand, Ca, Mg, Si, Al, which are naturally present in cellulose The cations also bind with the sulfonate groups in the dye and prevent the dye from being removed from the cellulose. In addition, hardening agents in the water (which come from the water, salt used, chemicals) inhibit the separation of the dye from the cellulose. Electrolytes, i.e. all water-soluble salts, promote the migration from water to cellulose by reducing the solubility of the dye, which makes washing difficult. EGA SED CLEAN eliminates all these negative factors and saves a lot of effort and expense. ensures that the dyeing process is finished with a safe and uniform wash.
